Eastern Iowa | You just never know with a sale barn from week to week. A sale can be excellent one week and poor the next, it just depends on the crowd there. But all barns are not created equal. Some have buyers with connections to feedlots in the Midwest and additional demand can feed itself. It seems like putting them on a hired truck and getting them up to GA would pay yourself handsomely if the numbers you show are the regular difference between the calf markets. | |
