I pressure wash mine before it gets put away for the year. It gets scrubed and dried like the tractors. I put Used oil on the chains after every day of baling so I like to blow off the residue. I don't shoot water right at a bearing but never have had a problem. This baler is an '02 with 10k bales on it. I think if they sit outside in the weather causes more problems than washing.
