Caleb, Glad you are having such good success with this. It's absolutely remarkable isn't it how simple and easy this is. Yes it's tough giving up those carbs /breads/ sweets but when you see such good results so quickly it's all worth it. The best part is not having to count calories and being so discouraged about how little you can eat. Once you understand that these carbs are everywhere and you simply avoid them or figure out how to limit them it's so simple and easy to do. I went from size 40 pants that were getting snug when I started to 32's now that are plenty loose. I had not worn 32's since high school almost 30 yrs ago. |
