| 180.4 this morning. busy weekend with plenty of exercise and a couple of meals that consisted of a quick salad. Been tracking my calories every day since I started and I find that anything much over a 2000 calorie day seems like I'm stuffed. Saw a picture of me from last weekend next to one from last fall and I can sure see a difference. Can tell I feel better and it's easier to get into tight spots or crawl around on machinery if need be | |
