WHAT???????? You are disappointed with a FOUR pound loss????? I would be cheering from the rooftop with a loss like that. Four pounds is super fantastic and you are at 48 pounds lost now John. Remember, this is not the Biggest Loser where we all lose 10 pounds a week. This is real life and you are doing great. Be proud of your losses. Good going there John. Have another great week.
