The forecasted wind has stayed away so far, it even got pretty calm for a while (although it's picking back up now) allowing me to finish smoking the ribs the way it's intended. Added some poppers, sausage and links along with potatoes and aspergus. The pepper boats before getting wrapped. With wrap. lol German style deer jalapeno sausage, deer jalapeno links with cheese along with the poppers and potatoes. Ribs! (from butcher hogs we raised) Smoked @ 200-215 for about 4 hrs. And the finished boats! I sure hope this doesn't make anyone fall off the deep end. lol Oops, meant to post this under my weight post.
