Well, I've been "off the grid" for 6 weeks. Time to get back at it in a serious manner. Currently at 255.2(a 5 lb. gain over the six weeks). Saw my regular doctor when I got back from Arizona and he told me to drop 20 lbs. Not exactly like I didn't know that. Time for a fresh start. Hopefully, this year will be hospital and doctor free.
