Subject: Cover Crop after wheat going to corn

I have 90 acres of winter wheat that will be harvested around July 4th. Looking for cover crop mix suggestions and seeding rates to plant after harvest. I can use a drill to plant. The field will go to corn in the spring after the cover crop is terminated. I am about 40 miles North of Indianapolis, IN.

I am looking for a mix that will have at least some plants that will overwinter, have good biomass production, and would like to have a legume to build some Nitrogen. (I know most of the N probably wont be available when the corn needs it, but i am looking at starting a long term cover crop project on this field with corn / bean / wheat rotation)

I would like to try to maximize biomass growth and would like to plant the corn into the green cover. Nitrogen program is 20 lbs 2X2 at planting and 180 lbs 28% or NH3 at sidedress, but this can be changed / increased as needed.

I am thinking cereal rye and crimson clover.. any other things i should add?? Suggestions on mix's and rates...???
Thanks
