Subject: planting into cover crop

I planted some cereal rye, clover, turnips, and radishes last year as a cover on some ground that I had intended to go into corn. Change of plans now and it is going into beans. It was in beans last year. Am I better off to burn down with glyphosate and 24d and wait a couple weeks for the cover to die and thin some, or should i plant into it green the spray the cover? If I wait what do I spray it with?
