| It appears this is already cured and smoked, is that correct?
If so, it just isn't sliced like breakfast bacon would be. You can either slice it for frying like usual or cut it any way you need for recipes. I would probably slice it if I had a slicer, but wouldn't if I had to try to do it with a knife. In that case I would dice it for beans.
