NE SD | We've got a bunch growing in a shelterbelt that's been there for as long as my dad can remember and he's 79. Sometimes it gets cut, sometimes it doesn't. Never been thinned or fertilized, and just keeps spreading little by little growing in the grass and trees and ditch. Grass has never been cut either. If that can survive and produce normal stalks, I would think anything could. I can only assume your problem could be what you described with the chickens and turkeys. | |
