Don't have a cpap machine but am on oxygen24/7. As a laryngectomy, I can't use the cannula's so have to use the trach mask. Yes, with the oxygen every night, I do sleep much better. got tired of lugging all bottles around whenever I left the house so ordered a portable unit. it should be in this next week
