S.C. Wisconsin | It started for me when my wife became agitated by my snoring. I went for the sleep study and it showed that my breathing slowed down to much leaving my oxygen level below the threshold it should have been. The first night of using it my wife thought I was dead because I didn't move all night. I am very used to it and after you use it a while it seems for me that when I put it on it signals my brain that it's time to go to sleep. I was told that it is so important to get a good nights sleep as that's when your body rejuvenates and heals itself. If you get one make sure you get a mask that you are comfortable with. I tried the nose buds and didn't like them but the next person might prefer them, so try them all. | |
