ND | north1 - 4/15/2016 09:44 Went for a sleep study which was in inconclusive. Was told to try one. Tried it for a month, but have not been able to stand it. Since childhood I have started sleeping on my stomach and ended up on my side. I fall asleep fast. With the cpap I lay there for an hour and fall asleep for an hour then wake up and can't get back to sleep. Have been getting better sleep without it than with it. Doctor says just get used to it, but I can't and have all but given up on it. Especially hard when no one can tell me I REALLY need it:(
You are one of the smart ones, a doctor telling you need one and sleep just fine without it. Must have been getting a kickback. Who would want to sleep with something like this on all night? |
