Central Ga | 47 years old. Got one and love it!! Had it about five years now. Have forgotten it once or twice when we took a quick overnight trip. Have a hard time sleeping without it. Took me about a week to really get used to it. As they were hooking me up the night I did the sleep study I thought there is no way I can sleep with all this crap hooked to me. When I put the mask on for the first time I was absolutely certain I would lose my mind. Took me a LONG time to go to sleep and got up once or twice to use the restroom. Did not think I slept much at all. The nurse got me up about 5 am and said they had all the data they needed. I realized as I was driving home that I felt more rested than I had in years. I really don't think I slept much that night, but apparently the time I did sleep was good, deep, restful sleep. | |
