Subject: Dry fert air boom questions

So we robbed an air boom of a Tyler spreader and made it three point hitch and are going to pull a montag cart to deliver the fertilizer. The question is. With the three point setup the boom runs a foot to a foot and a half lower than when on the truck. Is this going to affect the spread pattern We can tilt the boom forward a little if that would help as we have to tip the booms when we fold it in as to not hit the cart when turning. Any thoughts. Prolly more questions as this progect continues

Edit: Boom in picture is not at full hight
