Just yesterday we were getting reports that in no way was OPEC ready to play ball. Now this afternoon we see a stock market bounce that cut todays losses to half of what they were in the AM. Claims that the bounce is because a report that OPEC and UAE are ready to work to cut production. I'm sure more news to follow. Interesting times. We just need to keep chugging along with commodity exports.
