Well all of our land was bought off farmers so id say they buy and sell. We only buy farmland. The only way anyone's farm ever penciled was because land inflated in price and "high priced land" is not a word I like to much considering I've heard guys say it from $2000 all the way up to $10000. I'm not smart enough to know where farm land will be 2 or 3 years out but then again we buy farms looking out 15 to 20 years.

My question to you Just Learning is where do u think land prices will be in 15 to 20 years?

I just don't like to much doom and gloom seen a lot of people make mistakes with that attitude. Especially if your young. I tell the young guys around here to take chances all the time if you make a mistake you got time on your side. That's how I was groomed when I was young and it payed off big time even though there were tons of mistakes along the way. Don't look to far out just take it day by day.
