NCND | As the above poster Ttaylor said I can concur. I use to trade a lot especially stocks. All I did was turn over money and became addicted to the markets looking for a trade in every single thing. Waste of time and paralysis by over analysis.
Today I pick my spots and there are not many. As with anything I find in deals the more times I say no to a trade the odds favor me greatly when I do say yes and I go larger.
I still day trade in and out in a day but the days I do that are not that great in number. Just sit and wait then pounce and go. Ignore the noise.
The less I pay attention to all the boards, news ect the better I trade I feel. Pick the entries, place the stops, take the profits. Ignore the noise.
Don't let emotions enter in to any of it.
Thats my rules. You can make your own.
