NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | You're truely blessed Chuck to be able to do that every week. Great memories for everyone, I'm sure they will have found memories of that every week for the rest of their lives.
We've been on vacation for the last two and 1/2 weeks, just got home an hour ago. We stopped on the way home from the airport and played with our 4 year old grandkids for a couple hours as they are on the way home. As I was leaving my grandson asked me if he could come home with us, he said he was sure his mom and dad wouldn't care. I told him I'd love to have him come but he had pre-school in the morning and he can't miss that. He came right back with an answer of " Well I'm sure they could cancel school so we can go with you". I just laughed and said he was going to come stay with us in two weeks that he had better stay home and go to school and learn things and have fun.
I sure wish our grandkids lived closer but feel fortunate to be able to see them every 2-3 weeks. | |
