Sound like the same crap JD crop insurance did to farmers in 08' when they had a tough time and was hooked up with AIG insurance. They blackmailed farmers to pay back insurance that farmers had collected on in 06'. They were in cahoots with the RMA on it. A bunch of crooks. You play with fire you will get burned at sometime.
