There is a thread in Machinery Talk which had a link to a WI website with some interesting FMCSA suggested forms. I will try to attach one of the *.doc files. I would like to be able to edit that document in MS Word and put "Wyoming" into the appropriate headers and columns to replace "Wisconsin". There is also a pdf file I would like to be able to edit also. And I would like to know how to create such forms from scratch. Is the a good source of information for doing that? What software would be required for the pdf file? I have some of the forms created for MS Excel but see no need to re-invent the wheel if there is a simple way to simply edit those forms. TIA
