Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | I bought a used Schaben 8500 (I think that's the model?) pull type sprayer at a sale. It has 90ft booms and tall tires. What is the recommended horsepower and weight of a tractor to pull it? Very level fields, no hills.
I have a few older 7020,7080,8050 Allis Chalmers tractors that I wondered about using. Im afraid my newer ones will be busy in the hay fields when I need to spray.
Would it be a mistake to pull it with a older Versy 4x4 800 for pre-emerge?
Will a 9030 Ford Versatile handle it?
