We helped a local shop do a swap in one of our trucks a few years ago. In the end it turned out great but looking back we would not do it again. We upgraded engines and couldn't believe how much fabbing it took. It ended up costing about 3x more than we thought and took about 5x longer than expected. If you are putting the same size engine and transmission in itay not be as bad.
