Didn't notice the legally part. You can have a single axle semi at 33k in the lead but you have to pull a 10k trailer behind it in texas. Gives you 43k total. You need a small trailer with a big truck to stay legal with a class B. Class A do whatever you want. Put farm plates on there and confuse even the judge.
