GVWR is Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. That's how much the vehicle can weigh with load ON the vehicle.

Towing rating is the maximum the trailer and load can weigh. Generally the maximum load the truck can start moving, but sometimes the maximum it can stop, though in the weight ranges of the sturdy trailers you consider there better be good trailer brakes.

There should be a gross combination weight rating GCWR that is the maximum the truck and trailer and loads can weigh. I don't know the empty weight of the F350 or F450, the GCWR would be the sum of at least the empty weight of the truck and the maximum trailer rating 19,000 pounds. The F350 I had could weigh about 11,000 at the factory rating, but it had a bigger and higher ratio axle and was never limited with my towing by available thrust for moving a big load. It seemed like it had been set up to move houses.
