Subject: RE: Haplaquept Soils???

Kingston,Mi
From my Tuscola Co., Michigan hard copy soil survey, Bach is listed as a mesic mollic Haplaquepts, Sanilac as a mesic aeric Haplaquepts, Latty as a mesic typic Haplaquepts. Hope that these soils will help. Back is a course-silty soil and is poorly drained lacustrine deposited , Latty is a fine soil and is very poorly drained lacustrine clay and silt sediments and Sanilac is course-silty (somewhat drier than Bach) is some what poorly drained lacustrine deposits of materials similar to Bach.
