Marshall County, IL | Basically Chem China is buying all of Syngenta's stock and in turn they will become the only share holder. With that said Syngenta and Chem China have written up a contract that states Syngenta will continue operating as they have. If you look at other companies like Pirelli Tires that was purchased by Chem China, they have basically ran themselves but with a little oversight from the members of Chem China on the board of directors. From the sounds of it Syngenta will do the same. If I have not explained well enough or you want some more information please ask.
