Especially from Syngenta? My understanding is that producers were informed that this trait was not approved for export and that production needed to be kept out of the export pipeline. If that is true, the farmers that knowingly delivered this corn into the export pipeline and/or the grain companies that exported the grain should be the ones responsible, in my opinion.
Syngenta lawsuit, worth the time?
