SD | Let him farm... don't take that away from him. I have a father and uncle in their 80's and I just let them be. I started my own separate operation because I knew they had no intentions of working on a succession plan. They gripe about working from time to time, but that's what farmers do. If they wouldn't have been busy farming their ground they would have been 6 feet under years ago.
