| It's been a long time since I've been into a 500 so I don't remember all of the details. If you get into the area of the data management where you can delete client, farm and field, you should be able to delete only the events. If I can find more detail on it I will update.
Configuration / Data Management / Manage Fields / Delete Coverage Logging. If you choose to delete coverage logging from all of the fields in a farm it should delete the events automatically. I think you can also select events in there, but like I said, it's been a long time. Also, after doing a delete, cycle the power on the display. Sometimes after deleting some things appear to still be there but are gone after a power cycle.
