Western Oregon | We have had delta the last 2 years. Last year had to wait 6 mos for it to kick in other than X-rays and cleaning. Then at 6 mos. dentist quit taking it. Found new dentist. Knowing both of us are having issues, we kept it again this year. Will get our money back. It covers $1,500 this year, $1,000 last year. We will pay $760.00. It pays 1/2 of crowns, root canals, implants and dentures, 100% of cleaning, X-rays and regular fillings, etc. Not great but better than nothing. Wife is having issues with PH, dry mouth and tiny cavities. Insurance is paying for extra cavity prevention. They just paid 1/2 on 2 pulled teeth for me and bone infection meds. We are thinking going off it next year, this new dentist will give 20% off if paid at time of service. We needed service over the insurance last year, I had a root canal and crown, paid at time of service, $1,1000 for both. We will see how it goes this year though....James | |
