Last September on our way through Wisconsin, we stopped at a smaller Cheese store right west out
of Green Bay. We got there around 9:00 AM and wanted to get some cheese and also some curds.
While we were shopping they were out of curds, but then some fresh ones came in to the shop straight
from the dairy.
Fresh, squeaky and just in time !!
