| If u remember your dreams...good or bad...write them all down..try to find a common theme/person/beginning or ending .etc...also write down what you ate the previous day..( sometimes food makes you dream weird things)..an lastly write down what you did the previous day ( work an daily activities, they may not seem significant, but subconscious it might be horrible ...
Keeping a dream diary..of sorts...will help you keep better track of possible" triggers"..of dream sequences...also..if you decide at some point you need professional help..having this diary is a great tool for them to c what's been going on. | |
