Ottawa, Ontario | When I was a teen I went to only One Taekwondo lesson and that was enough for me.
The very first move they taught us that night was to move in towards your opponents shoulder and raise your knee into his giblets, then grab him by the arms and swing him to the ground and put your leg across his throat.
It didn't seem like a very sportsman-like activity.
