I have on almost every morning.
1 banana
A huge handful of kale and spinach that's been in the freezer
4-6 baby carrots
A few frozen mixed berries
Cinnamon
1 heaping spoon of flax chia seed mix (chia seeds expand to 3 times their size so that helps you feel full longer)
Just a touch of honey
And unsweetened almond milk. Can use regular milk. The almond milk just adds another flavor.
