Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I forgot to weigh this morning before I got dressed so had to remove some clothing as I didn't want to step on the scales with all my winter garb on!! I lost 1.4 lbs so that puts me right back to where I was before we left on vacation. I'm pleased with that. I went back & figured my loss since I started in July & I'm down 13.2 lbs. I know that's not a lot compared to some on here but I'm totally happy with the way things have worked out. I go get my potassium checked tomorrow so will see what their scales say with all my clothes on!! It should be a lot less than my July visit...or maybe not. I'm sure I will have more clothes on than I did in the middle of summer! It was also very nice to be able to get back in my walking routine. I think that made me feel better than anything.
