The factory Holley on a 366 I believe was a 600cfm,but by the chart ,450-500 cfm is plenty for a good power band with good low end torque and fuel economy. I remember running tests on a buddys Holley 600 cfm equipped 366,it would usually hit the overspeed governor before the vacuum secondary barrels opened up,so it appeared to be a good bit oversize for a 366.
