Yep very normal corn OI decline. Happens each and every year at Thanksgiving no matter price or bullish or bearish setiment due to Dec. expiration. Soy will have a huge decline at Christmas. Lower magnitude corn OI declines will be seen in late Feb, and late April as Mar. And May go into delivery.
