First, resample and send to PAL in Bowling Green, MO and get a REAL soil test. Don't put all your eggs in K basket. I've seen 90ba+ beans on 1.3% BS many tmes. You can really wack beans with too much K addition. You probably need S as Sulfate (AMS in this case), Boron and hard to tell how much else with this test result.
