That may be the most interesting test I've ever seen. Fairly high ph, but high phosphorus. I'm curious what the texture of the soil is? I've got ph similar but higher than yours but I have piles more calcium. 2-3 times more on average.

To your question. I'd put 125lb of potash on and 25lbs of sulfer. The day before you plant. Then come back with another 75-100 lbs of potash once the field greens up.
