Subject: RE: Sharpening mixer knives

West central OHIO.
It's an older supreme 350 model we bought used about 7 years ago. It does the job for now but it's starting to nickel and dime us a little. Last summer had to replace meal around the bottom of the tub and pulled the screw auger and replaced shims inside the auger. It's starting to show its age and is tough to run especially processing baleage, plus stalks and straw for bedding. New knives maybe later this winter might help. These knives still have carbide left underneath and it only took about 30 minutes to sharpen. Pics are after and before for some reason.
