I have P as high as 350ppm on some farms and it still pays to put more out there as starter since the P is tied up with Fe in my case.


When u say "starter", do u mean something like a broadcast applied spread dry, or a Planter applied liquid?

I wasn't talking about forgoing folks Planter applied starter (which I don't use myself). I was talking about forgoing my dry broadcast spread of MAP or DAP.
