Buxton ND | My guess would be "subject to change" Monday the rumor was a 90-day moratorium on the soybeans tax (started by IDK whoever) The 28th above, so far is was sell the rumor buy the fact after that quick flush Monday morning. That flush DID NOT take out many sell stop for whatever reason..... ? IMO stayed tuned.
I can see the HFT boys re-programming things and having some major fun with "subject to change" rise/repeat in the coming weeks,,, maybe their tried of cattle ! ! ! ! !
