Yeah...I'm with you on this one.  3 to 4 years, fall and spring with Landoll.  Ground firm but not hardpan.  Went out with a probe and fields good except for in some spots 8 to 10" down.  Well below the Landoll setting.  Does a good job firming up the sand hills.
