I got case ih 200 field cultivator that leaves small ridges (2 rows coil and rolling basket) is there something out there that you just love. in our area there's some krause vertical tools but it seems like the top 1 inch is nice then its compacted. should just go no-till and be done. whats the perfect tool.
whats your tillage ahead of your your 200? Would seem to me a Danish tine field cult. would be all the rage now with the VT popularity. Set it about 1 3/4 deep in bean stubble and plant 2" deep. Should have a very nice smooth, dry, firm seedbed, and seeds put into undisturbed soil beneath.
