Hydraulic valve won't hold cylinder in position

I'm still surprised the cylinder doesn't stay up or if it's going to leak down, leak down slow (30 seconds or something). I'm still going to call Cross tomorrow to see how my valve is configured - it's not exactly the same across the 3 spools since the end spool seems to have a detent in both directions and the others just return (I use the detent for the hydraulic motor for the pump).

I'm going to order a couple of those lock valves anyway since I can see the boom messing up the funnel on the houle tank if it's going to always drift down.
