Central Ga | It is 444. New variety from Phytogen. I can't really compare the maturity of the 552 to 499 in days because I just don't know. I did plant some 552 around May 31 which is typically a little late for a full season variety. It has been picked for over a week and would have been picked a week sooner except for bad weather. I planted two bags of it along with two bags of 444 embedded in a field of DP 1553. Phytogen asked me to do the trial. After I get the numbers back I will ask the company if it is OK to post the results in case someone is interested. | |
