I think when you look at cover crops and their return on investment some things don't come back as straight out numbers in $$. How much do you credit for erosion Control. Organic matter added to the soil to feed the soil along with worms. Benificial insects. The nutrients the cover crop pulls up for the cash crop micro nutrients that may or may not have made available. The moisture it sucked out during wet periods or infultrated into the soil for dry periods. The extra vegetation that attracted wildlife to hang out and eat and thus poo on the field. I'm not sure everything can get an accurate $ amount but if I'm not losing yield with it being covered I know it's doing alot of good things for the soil especially over time at least that's what I've been seeing and hearing. I really enjoying reading and seeing plots that guys are taking seriously and taking time to evaluate production. Nice job
