Eastern Washington | Juicy & brown - 1 turkey, cut the backbone out & so you can lay out butterflyed in oven later. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic, ect. Wrap 5-6 times around with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to seal real tight. In to the dishwasher for 3 normal cycles - no soap! After 3 complete cycles, remove wrapping & lay out flat on roasting pan & finish off in the oven/broiler basting & browning up to temperature. Maybe 4 cycles for bigger birds, also works on chicken. | |
